【轉知】大學英檢居家隔離請假說明

近期疫期升溫，如您被匡列為居家隔離對象，隔離期間無法參加5/7(六)或5/8(日)之大學英檢，敬請於考試後七個工作天內(5/17下午5:00前)完成以下請假步驟：

1. 掃描或以拍照方式清楚拍下「居家(個人)隔離通知書」
2. 填妥「文藻外語大學英檢考試請假單」

完成後，將上述兩項文件email至ldcc@mail.wzu.edu.tw。

If you are issued a Stay Home Notice (SHN) and are not able to attend the CSEPT on May 7th (Sat.) and/ or 8th (Sun.), please email the following two documents to ldcc@mail.wzu.edu.tw within 7 working days after the exam. The deadline is 17:00 on May 17th.

1. A clear picture of "Stay Home Notice"
2. CSEPT Request for Leave
